Alain Taligrot - Sculptor
the vivacious life of the South of France,  in ceramics & bronze

Alain Taligrot lives, loves and works in the sun, in the South of France, where he established his atelier and produces his ceramic and bronze sculptures.

Taligrot, the sculptor and the man, combines and focuses his calm and pasionate creative energy to produce pieces which are voluptuous in both form and movement.

Whether of clay or bronze, the sculptures of Taligrot are imbuded with that feeling which reflects the nuances and moods of the South of France, both somber and brilliant. It is as if during their time in the fires of the forge, his sculptures were brought alive with latin passion, producing forms which are generous, dynamic, powerfull and sensual.

Perhaps you don't belive me, so click on any of the heading above to see the women, the bulls the matadors, as an example of his major themes. Taligrot's work is exhibited throughout France and below are listed the locations of recent and permanent exhibitions.
